It didn't work out well the first time because of a very specific set of circumstances that do not exist today. Plus no Lincoln. The left are talking secession too. They'd see the break up of the Union as a good thing. Those pesky republicans would finally stop impeding progress. The feds wouldn't and couldn't stop it I don't think.

And maybe that's the goal. Break America into pieces and let China rule the new century.
