I'm glad I don't live in a leftist area. I just heard a bunch of explosions. I think it was fireworks. It might have been some gunfire too. The Mexicans have great fireworks when they burn trash. There are people all over the neighborhood who target practice, and on holidays, we don't have to go anywhere to see great fireworks displays. I'm pretty sure every single house in the neighborhood has weapons. But it feels very safe here.
