Where's all the footage of surge tents from the covid pandemic?

I can't find any.

I visited someone in the hospital several times during the supposed "worst" of it. If anything the place was kind of empty. From what I could see the patient census was very low, and the nurses didn't seem like they were busier or overwhelmed.
