this. i was standing in line at the cafeteria at work. we have real strict break-times, and they don't give you a minute to spare. the clerk asked the lady in front of me what she wanted, and it was clear that she hadn't even begun to think about it until she was asked... so she ponders the menu items, for what seems like forever, before finally choosing a hamburger. I'm watching all this, thinking damn lady, they have the same menu every day, its not like it changes... so the the clerk asks if she wants cheese on her hamburger, and she ponders this question even longer than the first question! i swear they could've served 5 other people in the time it took this one lady.
