Which of the judges has 7 children? Barrett. They recently chose schools to tug at the heartstrings of all parents, especially a mom of 7 who just happens to be on SCOTUS. Also take into consideration Scalias assassination. Hillary was supposed to win and it would have been her replacement decision on the court, not Trumps. The reset plan has been in the works for decades and hence the fast pace now. They need to complete it by a certain date, but why?
