I'm not denying redemption, but just because he's doing things that you like is not proof that he's redeemed, people can play both sides.
If you want to trust him that's all well and good, for me the jury is still out on him.
But don't go laying guilt trips on me by saying that I'm denying God's grace just because I don't trust someone I don't know. I've seen enough to think he's not on anyone's side but his own.

Lots of people do things. It doesn't make them good.
Core belief of ours, remember, is that people are redeemable. If you deny that you undercut Grace, and that would be a sad thing indeed.
And the secular approach, the enemy of my enemy is my friend, and Elon has certainly spurned Team Evil lately, enough to earn their ire and ill will.
IMO, we should keep him closer for now, if you get my drift.
