I doubt it , nothing Biden has gave the Ukrainian people has made it to the field.they are selling these weapons to other countries.the money giving to Ukraine is kicked back to American polititions, that's why all the democratic leaders and Rino's go over there to get their checks. The people are feeding themselves , no help from anyone trickling down
