I saw somewhere that a certain mouthwash helps to prevent replication of the virus in the mouth. I think it was ACT. Does anyone know?

Relax - she does not have COVID. She probably has the seasonal flu. Stay away from doctors and the hospital or you will create a problem that does not exist. Take zinc, D, Quercetin, B and C.
