Disney does not "Disney" movies. My basic and maybe wrong understanding it for a movie a company is formed. Some sort of LLC. That company then assumes all legal stuff. An actor dies; "We are monsters 666" get sued, not Disney itself.
Each park, each part of Disney is separate. For both legal and financial reasons.
Of course, business entities are used to isolate liability.
However, that is routine business losses. If we are talking about a crime, then no law (including corporate liability laws) can provide immunity for an individual who committed a crime.
Did the exec do it directly? If no, then the only recourse would be RICO, which would be very difficult to prove, but maybe not impossible.
Wouldn't holding the production company CEOs and high level management accountable for child actors getting Disney'd also be a step in the right direction?
+100 for use of Disney as a verb with appropriate connotation.

I am sure that would help, or they would move production to China or were ever they could molest freely.
People need to just stop giving money to Disney. Which is hard they seem own at least 1/3 to half the entertainment industry.
