Anons have to take care of ourselves right now more than ever. The time is now. Eat right - lots of fruits and veg, no white carbs at all, lite on the red meat since it is loaded with bad things courtesy of the cabal, unless you can find organic meat that is costing a pretty penny. Walk daily. Then add another workout type you like - swimming, lifting weights, bicycle rides outside - something to take your mind off things, and keep you coming back. I do this and it is saving my heart. I also take supplements like rhodiola, passion flower, and Sceletium Tortuosum for stress/anxiety/worry/insomnia. Right before bed I take a good amount of melatonin. Sleep like a baby even after the most black pill day. Keeps me out of the doctor's office. I feel more resilient and able to roll with the punches. We'll outlast them, fren. In the end God wins. We'll all get there together.
