I use an EMF Meter, this one: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B09482NSV9/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1
I scan areas like where I lay my head at night (or where I am long periods of time), if EMF is too high I just move my bed where the frequency is lower. I noticed my dreams are clearer and overall more rested.
