We had one of those clear deep blue skies a couple weeks ago. I forgot how amazing they are. Last week we had a blue sky and then around 11:00 AM Central they started in. The air up there was really moving because they would rip across leaving a huge cloud that spread out quickly, covering a huge swath of sky with a haze. It would blow off. Then they would rip across in another direction. That would blow over. Then they would rip off another one. All afternoon. I'm not talking about the commercial airlines. Those trails vaporized a few thousand yards behind them.
