They’ll find a legal loophole that protects them from having to respond to the subpoenas.

I'm guessing they will claim immunity under the Constitution’s Speech and Debate Clause.

Bannon's pretty savvy though.. I'm sure he's aware of that already. Hopefully he's got a good strategy planned out.
