Looking into the shoe's comms, there is definitely a "red shoe" trend with the satanists. The color opposite is green.

A heart would probably be the opposite of a pentagram.

Converse defined can mean to have sexual intercourse (obsolete definition) or something that has been reversed; an opposite.
