My home is a quaint 1940's lakefront cottage that we've spent years rehabbing while keeping the original charm. We recently replaced our roof including the beams & decking; hubby did it with help of 1 contractor. The blood, sweat and labor was our own and I'll be damned if we're covering it with that crap!
