Stop the struggle fren. Romans 12:9 says we are to hate what is evil (detest all ungodliness, do not tolerate wickedness; hold on tightly to what is good.) I struggle with this as well. So, I learned (really am still learning) not to hate the person, but hate the evil that they do.
