I seen a video about the border wall resonating in a weird way with clapping, like an echo.

The composition of the wall is: Cobalt, Vanadium, Iron.

The properties of this material are definitely interesting, im wondering if this ties into the tesla tech?

Based on the way it reverberates sound, and it seems to love magnetic fields, is this an amplifier for the last trumpet or standing wave generator?
