I hear so much about the evils of the COVID vaccine, but nothing about the regular flu vaccine. I was forced by work to get the regular flu vaccine last fall, and didn't have time to prepare an exemption. I got the shot and my blood pressure went up 10 pts for a couple of months. I couldn't get in bike riding shape as easily this spring either. I'll probably never get any vaccine again. I exempted the covid vaccine.
Anyone heard anything about the regular flu vaccine? I always got it before. Now three risk very much outweighs any benefit.
