You believe that wherever Putin is and any toilet can be magically intercepted to collect only-only Putins shit only possibility would be his airplane-as in The US the most trusted personnel maintain all facets of the plane-again likely mixed with shit from others--only possibility of shit collection would be in a medical facility-Doctor collect a sample from ass with plastic gloves-extreme security wherever he is-so far from our side sounds like something from Nancy or Hillary would explain with a straight face
