Hopefully they take their Republican co-conspirators with them. Democrats wouldn't have gotten as far as they have if the Republicans had fought them.

What people here need to realize is that the country isn't going to automatically swing hard to the right when this is over. Viewpoints and alliances are always shifting, and things are largely just going to de-polarize and move back towards the center.
