I agree with everything except the last point, I think if the father is a alcoholic, drug addict or pedophile and they're only obligated to pay if they are given access to their child then that would give them negotiating power they don't deserve.

Supervised visits after chemical or physical castration for pedos or 6 months sobriety for alcoholics and drug addicts.
