My guess is: Obama continues to chatter along because of decorum. You see, Obama does not think any American President will be held accountable for their actions and continued actions. Bush and Clinton must also take solace from this cloak heretofore extended by office of presidency of the United States. I would say we are going to have to drench that cloak with our remaining gasoline and take them down with us.
