These posts/drops, at the time are when I started thinking that. Curious to what anyone else has thought about this? Ive always thought one of the things Q was pointing to was a very dark diabolical as hell experiment, using tech and dna.

There is a picture of him in his army uniform with a blue and white patch on his left shoulder. The one with of smaller triangles that makes a bigger triangle. Does anyone know what that patch means?
