Well ain't that something. Geico is squealing like a stuck pig at having to put out $5.2M on an automobile insurance claim. The lady was injured in the car of the insured and now Geico doesn't want to pay the arbitrators settlement. And then the Mo. Supreme court says....pay up. Love it. My only concern is how did the lady know she contracted it within the confines of the car and not a bedroom somewhere else. They were romantically involved on several occasions or was it just the one instance?

On a separate note: insurance premiums on 4 door sedans expected to rise significantly. 4DMW!
