I literally can't do anything to relax without being reminded of covid and LGBTQ and vaccines and whatnot because it's EVERYWHERE. meanwhile I'm stuck watching the world go to shit and I'm powerless to do anything about it. I'm basically stuck at home 99.9% of the time (admittedly because of poor decisions on my part) until I get my driver's license, so all I see is the world burning around me. it honestly feels like it's never gonna end, even though I know everything's going to get better soon, but it's incredibly draining feeling like the things I want to do in life are never going to happen. why did I have to be awakened to the evil taking over the earth and our lives while I can't do anything but watch?

i was in a dark place a couple months ago, but i found a life coach (Alan Roberts) on yt whos really been helping me out. idk anything about your lifestyle, but your mental health is very much tied to your physical health. he focuses on hydration (half ounce for every pound of body weight), getting enough sleep, dont eat processed foods, lean meats and healthy vegetables instead, get 30 minutes of exercise, take a multivitamin ect. he's also pretty based, if you think it might help you out heres a link https://www.youtube.com/c/EveryDamnDayFitness
