Looking for data/help on regaining taste and smell after covid.

My daughter is suffering from the worst possible case of this. She had covid this winter and nothing seems to help. Any data or help is greatly appreciated. Non vaxxed 13 yr old. 90%+ no taste or smell. Crazy. TIA.
