Most people who watch drag queen shows are women. Both my sister-in-law and step-niece are fans and my aunt is becoming a fan of it. It's entertaining (for adults), but I wouldn't be caught dead going to a live show.

I have friends who said they used to watch because some of them looked pretty--they thought. They told me they watched Drag Race to see how ugly men made themselves look better. Like they watched for makeup tips. But I think they liked the catty queer drama, too.
