My daughter-in-law was grocery shopping and went for the 'chicken' because it was always cheaper. She found that 'chicken' prices had inflated higher than pork so she bought pork chops instead. I suppose the Beef is next. I've been buying the rolls of hamburger beef from Walmart and cut them in 3 to 4 sections; owing to which roll I buy and then freezing them in freezer bags. I suppose I will have to quit doing that too.
