Definitely I’m not a Fed, check my history. I’m inquiring for a friend. Any insights from fellow travelers would be greatly appreciated. Thanks guys.

Act natural. It’s perfectly normal to not have a vaccine passport. If your questioned, stay calm and keep asking them what’s the problem.
