Traveling to Nova Scotia, no vax pass… any advice?

Definitely I’m not a Fed, check my history. I’m inquiring for a friend. Any insights from fellow travelers would be greatly appreciated. Thanks guys.

Avoid all travel outside of the USA, all of the time is my advice to anyone looking to travel. Avoid travel to blue states as well. But if it is unavoidable- and I mean really unavoidable, then I cannot offer any other suggestions.
