After watching the video over and over multiple times, it looks like Biden got the toe of his shoe caught in the pedal and lost his balance. LOL. I hope the idea of the US Marshalls watching him is a good sign he is in deep trouble.

He was standing on his left foot, and trying to free his right foot from his toe clip. Why he was wearing toe clips for a little toodle about the neighborhood is not clear. He wasn't in the tour d' France for goodness sake.
