I don't understand the picture of the bike. It doesn't resemble the bike Biden was on. It has no center bar (built like a girls bike), no toe clips (look at the shadow), and a very different paint job.

As I recall, it's a Google bike. But the type of bike might not be relevant. The relevence lies in the "coincidences" of stroll/troll, 6:18 and bike (any bike).
