So ive just been wanting red pill after red pill, so whats the deal on toothpaste?what is it actually? Links please

Ya..? Ur teeth arnt dead. I swish with tea tree oil, clove and avoid sugars (beer and redbull being my weakness) and i take liquid vit K2 which is necessary to bind calcium etc.

Still have a few cavities which are large but the smaller ones have been patched and are now toothy white. Its a process...gotta avoid carbs and sugar at all cost or ur teeth will suffer
