I use Uncle Harry's Toothpowder since fluoride is a known poison and esp. after a certain age, when your teeth are not growing, and you're not eating a sugary diet like a kid, you don't need fluoride in your water/food/toothpaste that will dull your wits, contribute to dementia, and other illnesses. Toothpowder is calcium carbonate with essential oils with natural antibiotic properties and I'll never go back to the goo toothpaste. Powder does a much better job cleaning your teeth and restoring the enamel. It's also naturally a whitener.
