I don't know when or where he allegedly said this. Bush, Clinton, Obama...they have all had media coverage for bicycle rides.
Why should I care the President goes for a bike ride for any particular reason? Fall or no fall, we would have seen something about Bidens bike ride. There was an audience there waiting for fracks sake.
