YOU were reading my mind...However, I don't do .223cal\5.56mm BUT I do reload .308cal\7.62mm & .338!!!!!!!!

IT is fun and gives one an insight on PUTTING ROUNDS TOGETHER THAT are HIGHLY ACCURATE FOR THAT BARREL...Most people don't understand that the same caliber round shot out of 2 different barrels will have different target spreads...that is why, reloading is preferable because the RELOADED ROUND IS FOR THAT BARREL ONLY...

NOTE: Take your time too read and get familiar with the tools one will need...IT is ONE hell of a rush when you take the rifle to the firing range and start small, get the corrections within reason, reload, go back to the range and WOWZA...100 yd ZERO and then 500 yd ZERO and then 1000 yards!!!!!

PATIENCE IS THE KEY TO DOING THIS RIGHT!!! Besides, it will make one a HELLUVA a MARKSMAN WHEN SHTF!!!!!!
