The adrenochrome and human skin is an absolutely ridiculous assumption in this case.
Not even sure the process to make something from human skin. I would guess it would be somewhat similar to the process of animal skin but given the fact that animals are in abundance and humans (for skin) is not. The price would not be $150.

I would think the vile of blood came from india given the fact that the manufacturer of the chair and the seller are both in India. Unless Amazon repackages the product. If it came from india how did this make it through customs?
