The Texas Republican Party announced that THEY find Biden is illegitimate. This is not legally binding or having any power of enforcement. That's a group decision only.
The Texas A.G. and Texas Governor have said no such thing. Neither has the Texas Legislature.
Correct. It was a resolution adopted by the Texas GOP delegates and precincts at the state convention last week. There are hundreds of resolutions that are part of the platform adopted by the precincts, committees and thousands of delegates. It is quite a long process, but in the end the resolutions represent topics that the delegates expect their elected leaders to represent or uphold. They are basically a unified belief but are in no way a law. Whether or not the state representatives uphold those same beliefs are another matter.
