and much quieter. my old hunting buddy initially didnt have a firearm cause his wife wouldnt let him, id tease him but after a year of seeing what that air rifle could do with small game,rabbit/quail...i went out and bought one. Dam thing is at my parents house but I'm real reluctant to step foot in cali again.

For an added touch we have, along with the regular stuff, boxes of 12 gauge rubber shot as a persuasion.

Yeah, it was mostly done to scare. The farmers knew when to aim it as far as distance was concerned. I never got hit but but a friend did, and he said it barely hurt. Part of the fun of being young.
Make sure you got food and water or a source. Other than that you seem G2G

Underrated weapon suggestion. A can of 3in1 oil and 5000 pellets plus rifle for around $100. Also can be used effectively for interrogations.
