My neighbor is an OTR trucker who's gone 3.5 weeks a month. East coast to west coast. South to North. Everywhere in between.

Saw him yesterday and he was talking about how his fuel is up to 10k a month. He did not mention shortages at all and trust me, he's a trucker he loves to gossip, he would have mentioned this.

Another data point. One I trust 100%
