I have a based friend that flew to a vacation destination. Flight time was about three hours. He is late 40s and overweight (likely obese going by the BMI charts). He made it to his destination, proceeded to lay low during his vacation, spent a little extra time to recover (took ivermectin), and then flew back home. He went in for a quick check up and they found some blood clots in this chest near his lungs. They quickly operated to remove the clots and he (luckily) recovered with no incident.
