You do know they add coloring to make the shells and yolk a pleasing color, right? Get from local farm, or Organic Pasture -Raised if possible. China owns our poultry industry. Meat and eggs.

What? Not that I have seen.

The shell color depends on the breed of chicken.

The yolk usually gets darker if the chickens eat grass.

The Chinese are big in the pork industry.
