It's worth remembering that Jesus was resurrected and lives with God in the Afterlife dimension. Likewise we ALL get to live in the Afterlife dimension; the physical body dies but the spirit/soul/ka lives on.
This life is just a learning experience. It doesn't really matter when/how your body dies because YOU don't die. So enjoy the temporary experience of living in your body. No matter how difficult things may appear, the struggle is only temporary. Be joyful. Be happy. Help others.
Here is a useful website that deals with the Afterlife and Near death Experiences.
Your right, we all will go to the afterlife. Better make sure you go to the side of Jesus Christ. We don’t automatically get to go into Heaven. Because of sin, the body will die. But if you want eternity in Heaven, in the presence of The Father....best get to work on that. Otherwise it’s eternal Hell. The choice is ours.
I had a neighbour who was a "born again Christian". He assured me, many times, that I would go to hell. I told him that I didn't consider spreading fear a Christian thing to do and in any case he was wrong. When the body dies, the spirit migrates to the level that it believes it deserves. For some people that is their own personal hell and it takes a lot of work to rise out of that level. But others - especially those who have helped other people throughout their lives - will migrate to a happy level.
Well I don’t think he’s spreading fear...he’s right about He’ll though. If you ain’t saved, by the blood of Jesus Christ..a sinners hell awaits. The only way to the Father is by way of Jesus Christ. Being just a “good person” doesn’t cut it my friend. It’s comes down to are you a Christian? If you don’t believe in Jesus Christ...then I don’t know what to say, that your neighbor, may have bluntly, already has said.
Who told you that? Have you really researched it? Have you, for instance, researched the history of the Bible back to the original scrolls? Do you know the original languages of the scrolls? Do you know what "Elohim" means in Hebrew and how it appears in the English translations of the Bible?
Btw, do you know the meaning of "amen" without looking it up?

Q urged us to research and to use discernment. That means (as a minimum) to doubt anything we're told without proof. Not to blindly accept. Blind acceptance is for cult members.
That’s why it’s called Faith. You can’t have faith in somethings that’s proven without a doubt, you know about. Do you trust God? Do you believe in Jesus Christ? If you do...you don’t have research everything. You have Faith in He..and He who had sent Him. God exists. His love is eternal. Jesus himself said we can’t be told everything right now. But Jesus died for our sins, was buried in a tomb, and three days later was brought back to life. I don’t need to know every detail outside of those facts. We have the teachings of Jesus. We know what to do. You just have to believe. And trust in our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Trust in God. And His teachings about Heaven and He’ll are very clear. There is no fence walking. It’s precise and clear.
I became aware of this phenomenon (or a part of reality) some years ago; not via a near-death experience, but from the stories of others who have had this experience. We live in a physical and spiritual universe that most people don't know about.
