I will say this, I may be biased but the $200k for e-sports cooperation is at the very least INTERESTING. I don't think it should be tax payer funded but if anyone has played online games that require resource and inventory management it can really show a lot about how a person functions and handles their life.

Waste? They misspelled "theft." Waste is when something doesn't get used. Theft is what happens when someones money (property) ends up in someone else's pockets that is not supposed to have it. Taxation is theft.
