This day is a continuation of theirs, we are finally winning the revolution. Strangly I had a relative named James Allen who at 13 was a fifer in Washington's army. He later fought in war of 1812. 1762 -1867. Lived 105 years. Buried Canton Maine, seems like I watching a chapter he opened being closed. Witnessed on both ends by the same family. Sounds like a saga.
