Yes vape juice is propylene glycol and vegetable glycerin. Not more healthy by any means unless you enjoy antifreeze. I used vape to quit cigs 10 years ago but after it served that purpose I quit the vaping. The stuff I coughed up for the following 6 months was not normal. Lungs coated in oil essentially

I put the gayness of vaping behind me before i started coughing up clear mucus regularly on a daily basis. It wasnt the usual tar filled spittle like ive had from quitting cigs previous times. 13 years or so, pack a day american spirits most recently.
