NOT OK ANYWHERE! I realize there are cases of children not being treated well by parents and those children should have a trusted adult to go to with those issues. Sadly, our culture has so attacked the idea of a family with mom and dad being responsible and married and teaching their children good values. This is going to take a very long time to fix. The schools are not the ones to raise the children of our country. Parents time to step up. Yes it's hard work. Worth every minute. IMO. There rant over for now.
