Here's an actual left-wing politician explaining it to his supporters. Translation: "It's like if you go to McDonalds and only eat fast food, then you become unhealthy. It's the same with nitrogen. It's just food that keeps falling from the sky and basically makes the nature become obese and that's not healthy."
