It is sad but no one really wants black babies and alot of them will be born addicted and messed up. My mother adopted 3 in her 40s and they cannot function well. All three had a mom addicted to drugs while pregnant and they have severe learning disabilities and mental issues. She wasn't thinking with her brain. Im not sure about the ethical breakdown of race versus abortion use though but they couldn't find black homes for these 3 children as infants. My mom is a bleeding heart but as they grew these kids got really violent and problematic and she is too old and sickly to handle it well. And black women spit on her for taking them in and having a black husband. It has been rough. They wouldn't have had homes without her and they are the lucky ones but they still can't function in a job setting or anything so will end up on disability most likely. One is so violent he already is in trouble with the law. All three have Iqs below 75. My mom raised 6 of her own natural children and she is a loving women. Her 2nd husband is black and he is a good man who is present and tried really hard to help them. So it isn't environment.

I am pro life and God is good but we will need to restructure adoption and state homes for the babies born with handicaps or otherwise unwanted. I'm not sure how well thought out our movemelnt is on these issues. I'm sure all of us here realize it though...what with the child trafficking and all. After seeing what my mom went through I don't know that I could take one in myself if I knew that history.
