Just over the last couple days, since my Mom got sick, I’ve been seeing references to “long covid ” and hadn’t heard that before? And I also heard from an old friend this past week saying she’d been sick with covid for a month - testing positive and feeling like cr@p the entire time (one of the first to go out and get jabbed as soon as it was available 😞). So what is this “long covid” thing we’re referring to now? Thanks in advance.

Whoa!!! That's interesting and terrifying.
Lends credence to why azithromycin may be so effective within the Zelenko protocol. Besides being anti inflammatory it flushes your gut bacteria via diarrhea thru the course of treatment.
Use Butyrate. With flush Niacin plays a vital role in regulation of the gut-brain axis and nutrient processing. Covid can ravage gut health, necessitating butyrate supplementation.
